Trade-in price for TG1860D

Can anyone tell me what a fair trade-in price is for a TG1860 D with a 54" deck, front blade, wheel weights, and chains? It's a 1999 with 265 hours.

Also, let me know if anyone would be interested in buying - I'm in Western VA. THanks.
